INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp (30g/1.06 oz) NOMU Skinny Hot Chocolate
- 1 medium banana
- 5 blocks of ice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ cup of milk
DIRECTIONS
- Place the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth. If your blender struggles to blend whole ice blocks crush them first to get a thick and even smoothie.
- Tip: Add some whey powder to your smoothie for extra protein and a thicker consistency.
